The Rondeau's Online Baby Sprinkle
Who is invited?
Anyone is invited to send gifts, cards, notes of encouragement, etc.
What is a Baby Sprinkle?
Since Baby Jacob is #3, Katy and Andy are well equipped with all the major items. Originally we had planned to have a get together to celebrate Baby Jacob with items that need replenishing such as diapers but other needs have arisen. We will be having a Welcome Home party once Jacob is healthy enough to come home.
And What sort of gift is appropriate?
Since, Baby Jacob will be staying in the NICU for an unknown amount of time we would love to sprinkle them with any of the items below to help with their stay at the hospital.
Some ideas would be:
Gift cards for: (Please indicate if you have special desire how this is to be used.)
Unanticipated baby supplies
General life expenses (Target, Wal-Mart, Visa etc.)
Medical expenses (Visa)
Restaurant gift cards (Chains or local near Seattle Children's
Hospital)
Hospital)
Gas gift cards (Much travel will be done between Seattle and
Puyallup)
Puyallup)
When will this take place?
Because we really have no idea when Baby Jacob will grace us with his presence, I wanted to collect these items as soon as possible. In light of the news that Jacob may be coming earlier than expected it would great to have the gifts sent prior to October 17th.
Where do I send my gift?
My mom will be collecting the gifts as they come and will bring them to Katy and Andy since she lives only a few miles away from their home and also will be visiting them in Seattle with Landon and Hazel.Debbie Countryman

Why an online shower?
Because of the nature of Jacob's CDH and the many questions about his future, Katy and Andy are uncertain of how emotional they might be at a baby sprinkle. Many of you have expressed a desire to show your love and care and this is the best way that we could think of for you to do so.
What a great idea!!! Count me in! Let's get to sprinklin' and hope they get SOAKED!!!!
